Ordered this dress in the size according to the size Chart and the chest Is too small and I can’t return it sadly

The Ophelia dress is so beautiful and the fabric luxurious. The color is rich with elegant tones of deep green. The cut is smaller on the top and flares beautifully out as it moves down the dress. It hides a lot of imperfections that way ;).
I found it runs long and need to get it hemmed. I’m 5”4” and ordered a small. Resa makes amazing dresses. This one tops the list!

I’m glad I ordered this dress. It’s loose and swingy but still flattering. It will be fun to wear to dinner on vacation. I am 5’5” and will have to have the length altered shorter since it touches the ground.
